About White Label Scams

The problem

You buy something. It breaks, or the service is bad. You call the seller and they say "ask the brand". The brand says "ask the service partner". The service partner says "ask the seller". Nobody fixes it, and you feel alone.

This is common with products and services sold under one name but made, installed or serviced by another company. That is what we mean by "white label".

What this site does

  • You write what happened, and name the companies involved.
  • You see others who had the same problem with the same company.
  • Everyone can back a report, comment, and share it, so the company has to answer.

Who it is for

Ordinary customers in India: people who bought a phone, an appliance, a gym membership, an online order or any other product or service.

What it is not

We are not a court, a regulator or a lawyer, and we don't solve disputes ourselves. Posts are written by users and we don't verify them. Read the Terms and Privacy pages.

How we keep it fair

Anyone can report a post. Posts must be true and factual: no abuse, no links, no personal details. If a post about your business is wrong, use the Report button on it and we will review it.

Community rules

  1. Stick to facts: dates, order IDs, who said what. No guessing, no exaggeration.
  2. No personal data: phone numbers, addresses, or names of staff or other customers.
  3. Be respectful. Talk about the company's conduct, not individuals.
  4. One real report per problem. Duplicates and copy-pasted posts are rejected.
  5. Back only issues you have actually faced. One “Me too” each.
  6. No ads, referral codes or promotions. Links are not allowed in posts, comments or company names.
  7. Every report needs at least one proof photo (bill, screenshot, chat). Only upload your own, and hide card numbers and OTPs.
  8. Mark your issue resolved when the company fixes it.

Posts that break these rules may be removed and repeat offenders blocked.
