Privacy Policy

Last updated 8 October 2026

This explains what White Label Scams collects and how it is used.

What we collect

  • Your Google account name and email address, when you sign in with Google. We never see your Google password.
  • What you post: issue titles, descriptions, comments, company names, and the photos you upload.
  • Your actions: which issues you backed, your reports and bug reports.
  • Technical data such as IP address and browser details, which may appear in server logs and help us block abuse.

What is public

Your posts, comments, photos and display name are public. Choose "Hide my name publicly" to post an issue without your name. Your email is never shown to other users.

How we use it

  • To run the site: sign-in, posting and support counts.
  • To prevent spam and abuse, including rate limits and moderation.
  • To improve the site.

We don't sell your personal data.

Service providers

We use hosting and database providers (for example Convex and our web host) and Google for sign-in. They process data on our behalf.

Cookies

We use cookies needed to keep you signed in, and local storage to save an unsent draft in your browser. If advertising is added later, this page will be updated first.

Your choices

You can delete your own issues and comments at any time. To have your account and data removed, send a bug report from the footer and we will act on it.

This is a general template and not legal advice. Have it reviewed by a lawyer before relying on it.

Community rules

  1. Stick to facts: dates, order IDs, who said what. No guessing, no exaggeration.
  2. No personal data: phone numbers, addresses, or names of staff or other customers.
  3. Be respectful. Talk about the company's conduct, not individuals.
  4. One real report per problem. Duplicates and copy-pasted posts are rejected.
  5. Back only issues you have actually faced. One “Me too” each.
  6. No ads, referral codes or promotions. Links are not allowed in posts, comments or company names.
  7. Every report needs at least one proof photo (bill, screenshot, chat). Only upload your own, and hide card numbers and OTPs.
  8. Mark your issue resolved when the company fixes it.

Posts that break these rules may be removed and repeat offenders blocked.
