By using White Label Scams you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

What this site is

A community where customers describe problems they faced with products or services and back each other. We are not a court, a regulator or a legal adviser, and we don't resolve disputes ourselves.

Your account

You sign in with Google. Keep your account secure and use it only for yourself. You must be old enough to enter a contract where you live.

What you post

  • Post only things that really happened to you, stated factually.
  • Only upload photos you own. Hide card numbers, OTPs and other people's details.
  • No abuse, threats, spam, advertising, referral codes or links.
  • No personal data about staff or other customers.

You keep ownership of your content, and give us permission to host, display and share it on the site so the service works. You are responsible for what you post.

Moderation

Anyone can report a post or comment. We may remove content, limit features or block accounts that break these terms, with or without notice.

No warranty and liability

Posts are written by users and we don't verify them. The site is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses from using it or relying on user content.

Takedown requests

If a post about your business is inaccurate, use the Report button on it or send a bug report from the footer, and we will review it.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continuing to use the site means you accept the new version.

This is a general template and not legal advice. Have it reviewed by a lawyer before relying on it.

Community rules

  1. Stick to facts: dates, order IDs, who said what. No guessing, no exaggeration.
  2. No personal data: phone numbers, addresses, or names of staff or other customers.
  3. Be respectful. Talk about the company's conduct, not individuals.
  4. One real report per problem. Duplicates and copy-pasted posts are rejected.
  5. Back only issues you have actually faced. One “Me too” each.
  6. No ads, referral codes or promotions. Links are not allowed in posts, comments or company names.
  7. Every report needs at least one proof photo (bill, screenshot, chat). Only upload your own, and hide card numbers and OTPs.
  8. Mark your issue resolved when the company fixes it.

Posts that break these rules may be removed and repeat offenders blocked.
